All items purchased from the Trabasack store are subject to a 28 day approval period. If you feel that your purchase does not meet the quality standards or product description supplied, you can return your purchases to us. Please ensure all returns are packed securely, and that you include your original receipt or invoice, and all of the original packaging with your return.
You must pay the return postage. Usually this is £4-£6.50. We will refund your payment (less the initial p+p charge).
All returns must be received within 28 days of the original date of purchase.
Please ensure items that are intended for return are in saleable condition – any soiled or damaged goods can not be refunded.
All Trabasack products carry a 12 month manufacturer’s guarantee against defect.
If you do not receive your order please notify us within 28 days. The courier service we use will only investigate non-delivery claims within 28 days of receipt. For more information on delivery times please click here.
After this period, if you have not received your delivery or notified us, you will still be liable for payment of the goods.
