We accept all major debit and credit cards which are processed through our secure server during checkout. We can also accept orders over the telephone and payment can be made via card or personal cheque.

Please note cheque payment must clear before we dispatch your order.
Dispatch Time and Courier Service
We try to process orders within two working days, and all orders are posted via Royal Mail Second Class. We will contact you via email once your items have been dispatched, and delivery usually takes 2-3 working days. Problems with Delivery
We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standard of customer service and a reliable, speedy delivery. However if you have any issues with missing parcels or damaged goods, please do not hesitate to contact us on 0800 567 7812 or via our contact us page.

Return of Goods
If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you have purchased from us, you have a 28 day approval period. If you decide to return your items within this period, please contact us and we will assist you in returning the goods.
