The Water Drop is the latest in a range of hydration innovations from Hydrate for Health.

From the same company that brought you the Hydrant, Hydrate for Health have created a low-cost hydration solution that aims to keep those under medical care in hospitals, in care homes or family members with chronic illnesses hydrated and as healthy as possible.

The Water Drop works much-like an IV drip – providing the patient or family member with a constant, easily-accessible supply of water to drink easily.

Statistically, dehydration is one of the leading causes of prolonging a patient’s sickness, and it has been proven that if constant hydration is more readily available, many people could recover far quicker.

The Water Drop has been designed to reduce if not eliminate unnecessary dehydration in patients or unwell family members, by offering an easy-to-use, accessible and versatile drinking aid for hospitals, care environments and at home.

Once the Water Drop has been filled with fluids it can be hung conveniently from a wide number of places, including drip stands, wall hooks, bed frames, wheelchair handles etc using either the hang point, metal hook or velcro strap. The water can then flow through the drinking tube and accessed when needed using the non-return bite valve to provide a controlled flow of fluids.
